We will always protect your personal data information, and we want you to be confident that the personal data you share is kept safely and securely. This page has been published to help you understand how and why we use or share your personal data.

What information we collect when you register or place an order and why?

When you order products from our Site, you are entering into a contract with our company. To fulfill your order, you need to set up a ULTRA Skins account before ordering from us, but you can also checkout as a Guest.

During the checkout process we will ask you to provide some personal information such as:

First and last name
Billing and delivery address
Telephone contact numbers
Email address

In order to provide you with the best experience, we will also gather information about the devices you use to access our Site (desktop and mobile), and this may include the IP address.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

Please note our Payment Processors are PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Stripe, and they are our Data Processor during the payment process. We do not collect, use, share, or retain your payment information. For more information about our payment processors Privacy Policy please see the pages below:

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

What we do with your information?

The law allows us to use and share your personal data only if we have a proper reason to do so, and we must have one or more of the reasons below:

Contract – we use and share your personal data in order to fulfill your order
Consent – if you agree to us using your information this way e.g. subscribing to our newsletter
Legitimate interests – in this case, we use your data to provide you with optimal service and products i.e. we will transfer your personal data to certain Third Parties such as delivery partners
Legal obligation – we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service
While you use our Site, your personal information will be used for:
Fulfilling your orders
Communicate with you
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
If you decide to subscribe to our newsletter, your email address, First and Last names will be added to our Data Processor MailChimp list and will be used for marketing purposes by us.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

If you opt-in for our newsletter, your First and Last name, and email address will be shared with our Data Processor MailChimp. We use MailChimp as a tool for our newsletter. For information about MailChimp’s privacy policy click here.

How do we share your personal data?

Your First and Last name, delivery address, address, and phone number will be shared with Third Party delivery partners only for delivery purposes.

We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site–you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fullfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
