Delivery Policy

1. Delivery notifications

After you have placed your order through our website and your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, an email notification will be sent to the address you have specified. This email contains the delivery confirmation to the address used during checkout and a tracking number (if applicable) so you can check where your parcel is.

2. Delivery timescales

2.1 UK delivery timescales
The estimated delivery timescale for UK Mainland orders is between 1 to 5 working days, depending on the shipping method chosen.

2.2 International delivery timescales
The estimated delivery timescale for all international orders is between 5 to 25 working days, depending on the destination country.

3. Delivery services

We use Royal Mail for all domestic and international orders.

4. Delivery prices

We offer affordable shipping services for all domestic orders.

4.1 UK Mainland delivery
Standard UK (3-5 working days) – £0.99
Standard UK Signed For (3-5 working days) – £1.95 for smartphone and tablet skins / £3.95 for iMac skins
1st Class UK (1-3 working days) – £2.95
1st Class UK Signed For (1-3 working days) – £3.95

4.2 International delivery
International Standard Tracked/Signed: £8 for smartphone and tablet skins / £13 for consoles and iMac skins

Please note: For some countries, Royal Mail only offers either Signed or Tracked service.

5. Lost parcels

On very rare occasions parcels can get lost during transit. This is totally random and out of our control. If more than 20 working days have passed since the dispatch date, a parcel will be considered lost during transit. We will file a case with our delivery partner to try and locate the parcel. This process can take up to 2 weeks and once our delivery partner has confirmed the parcel is lost, we will then offer a full refund or send a replacement.

6. Customs fees

Please note that all extra charges, such as import fees and VAT are set by each country, and we have no control over these fees. Depending on the value of your order, you may be asked to pay a customs fee before your parcel is delivered. Please check your local customs information to find out more about import fees.
