Delivery Policy

1. Delivery notifications

After you have placed your order through our website and your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, an email notification will be sent to the address you have specified. This email contains the delivery confirmation to the address used during checkout and a tracking number (if applicable) so you can check where your parcel is.

2. UK delivery timescales

The estimated delivery timescale is specified on the product page to inform you when your order will arrive. If your order has been placed before 12pm Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched on the same day.

3. Delivery services

We use Royal Mail for all of domestic and international orders.

4. Delivery prices

We offer free standard delivery for all domestic orders.

Standard UK (3-5 days) – FREE
Standard UK Signed For (3-5 days) – £1.95 for smartphone/tablet skins / £3.95 for console skins

International delivery starts from £3.99. Country restrictions may apply.

5. Lost parcels

On very rare occasions parcels can get lost durint transit. This is totally random and out of our control. If more than 20 working days has passed since the dispatch date, a parcel will be considered lost during transit. We will file a case with our delivery partner to try and locate the parcel. This process can take up to 2 weeks and once our delivery partner has confirmed the parcel is lost, we will then offer a full refund or send a replacement.
