In our continuous effort to improve your shopping experience and satisfaction, we have established a new EU warehouse to process all EU orders. This means faster delivery times, no customs fees, and a better shopping experience!

How much does it cost?

In the past our customers were hit with a hefty import tax and a customs processing fee. For a £10 skin, a customer in France was required to pay an extra fee of 18 EUR + a processing fee of 10 EUR, which meant that the final price of the skin was over £30, without taking into the account that for a short journey across the channel, a parcel would spend in transit more than 2 weeks!

Now, the exact same skin will cost only €18.00, and your parcel will arrive in about 5 working days.

The exact price you see at checkout is what you will pay—no hidden fees or additional charges.

How does it work?

When you place an order on our website, here’s what happens:

1. Order processing: Your EU order plus every other EU order we receive is bundled into a single package and sent to our delivery partner’s hub in the Czech Republic.
2. Forwarding: From the Czech Republic, the package is forwarded to a courier in your country.
3. Delivery: The local courier delivers your package directly to your door or parcel box (depending on your choice).

This streamlined process ensures that your order reaches you quickly and efficiently.

What courier are you using?

The exact courier handling your delivery will be shown during the checkout process, providing you with clear information about your delivery service.

Will I be paying any import tax?

No, you will not be paying any import tax! Since your order is shipped from our EU hub, it travels freely within the European Union without incurring import taxes. Your package will be delivered directly to your door or parcel box without any additional customs fees.

Can you send my package to a parcel box/collection point?

Yes, we can! If our delivery partner offers this option, you will be able to select a parcel box or delivery point during checkout. This adds convenience, allowing you to pick up your package at a time that suits you best.

Do you offer tracking numbers for EU orders?

Absolutely. As with all of our international orders, also every EU order comes with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package from our warehouse right to your door, giving you peace of mind and precise delivery updates.

Where should I return my order if I am in the EU?

If you need to return an order, we have a dedicated return address within the EU to make the process as easy as possible. Simply head over to our Returns page and follow the returns procedure. This ensures that returns are handled quickly and efficiently, without the need for international shipping.
