If you are not 100% sure that you can apply the ULTRA Skin on your device, don’t hesitate to use the Returns form and return us the entire package in an unused and resalable condition for a refund. There will be no refunds for products which have been fully or partially used, or are returned damaged.

Can I cancel my order before delivery?

If you haven’t received a dispatch confirmation email, you can still cancel your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you can no longer cancel it.

To make sure the package will arrive safely, please return it in the same or similar packaging as received. Drop the package to your local Post Office and return it at the return address found on the shipping label. If you can’t find the return address, simply send us an email and we will be happy to help.

The return shipping cost will not be covered by us.

How long it takes for a return to be processed?
