 On some occasions a skin might be confused with the ‘skin case’ term which is used to describe a very thin phone case.

But no, a skin or vinyl skin should not be confused with a case.

With every order you will receive your skin of choice, camera accents (if applicable) and a high-quality wet wipe to clean your device before installing the skin.

Do skins come pre-cut?
Yes, all skins are precisely cut to fit your device and give access to buttons, ports and cameras.

All of our skins are perfectly cut for your device, which means they will be very easy to install.

What do I need to install the skin on my device?
You will require a hair dryer or heat gun (for most skins), focus and some patience.

Do I really need to use a hair dryer?
If your device has curved corners, you will need a hair dryer or heat gun to soften the vinyl and activate the glue, which will help you achieve a perfect installation even on curved corners.

NOTE: Do not apply excessive heat, as this can cause damage to both your device and the skin.

I messed up the installation? Can I remove the skin and start over?
Yes, even if you’ve creased the skin, apply some heat, stretch slowly and re-apply.

Quick tutorial (smartphones):

1. Clean your device thoroughly with the wet wipe provided (very important!).
2. Align the bottom charging port (for Full-Back skins), or back logo (for Standard fit skins).
3. Use heat to soften the skin, before installing the corners.
4. Use a soft microfibre cloth to apply pressure on the corners or curved surfaces.
5. Rub margins 10 to 15 times to soften the edge of the skin.
6. You’re done! Enjoy your customised device!

We use Royal Mail to dispatch your order.

Is it safe to pay via card on your website?
Yes, all of our card transactions are processed by Stripe (including Apple Pay transactions), which is a very popular and safe way to pay online.

Where do you ship from?
All products are made and sent from the UK.

How much does the shipping cost?
In order to offer you a great experience, we do not charge for shipping, therefore shipping is FREE!

We offer Express delivery option which starts from £0.95!

I am not happy with the skin, can I return it?
Yes, if you did not use the skin and is in the same condition as received, feel free to return it. Otherwise we will not be able to offer a refund.

How do I track my package?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation and the timeframe of your delivery.

Do you offer a Return Policy?

Yes, we do offer a 14 days Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not 100% sure that you can apply the ULTRA Skin on your device, don’t hesitate to use the Returns form and return us the entire package in an unused and resalable condition for a refund. There will be no refunds for products which have been fully or partially used, or are returned damaged.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as quick as possible at contact@ultraskins.co.uk along with your details and cancellation request.

Can I cancel my order before delivery?

If you haven’t received a dispatch confirmation email, you can still cancel your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you can no longer cancel it.

How do I return an item and who pays for the return shipping?

To make sure the package will arrive safely, please return it in the same or similar packaging as received. Drop the package to your local Post Office and return it at the return address found on the shipping label. If you can’t find the return address, simply send us an email and we will be happy to help.

The return shipping cost will not be covered by us.

How long it takes for a return to be processed?

We usually process returns in 3 working days since the day we have received them. During peak times, this can take up to 7 working days. Once the return has been processed, the refunded amount will arrive into your account within 2 to 3 working days, but can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank.
