Once your order has finished processing and has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. This email will contain your delivery address, and a tracking number (if applicable).
If your order has not beed dispatched yet, contact us immediately asking for your shipping address to be changed. Once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer change it.
Unfortunately, not. Due to the nature of our business, most orders are made-to-order, and it can take us up to 2 business days to complete your order.
If your shipping method of choice provides a tracking service, this will be emailed to you in the dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order using the button below.

Additionally, legal obligations compel us to accurately declare shipment values.
It doesn't matter if you are buying 1 product or 100, you will only pay for the shipping price once.
When you place an order on our website, here’s what happens:
- Order processing: Your EU order plus every other EU order we receive is bundled into a single package and sent to our delivery partner’s hub in the Czech Republic.
- Forwarding: From the Czech Republic, the package is forwarded to a courier in your country.
- Delivery: The local courier delivers your package directly to your door or parcel box (depending on your choice).
This streamlined process ensures that your order reaches you quickly and efficiently.
In the past our customers were hit with a hefty import tax and a customs processing fee. For a £10 skin, a customer in France was required to pay an extra fee of 18 EUR + a processing fee of 10 ... box or delivery point during checkout. This adds convenience, allowing you to pick up your package at a time that suits you best.
Absolutely. Like all our international orders, every EU order comes with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package from our warehouse to your door, giving you peace of mind and precise delivery updates.
If you need to return an order, we have a dedicated return address within the EU to make the process as easy as possible. Simply head over to our Returns page and follow the returns procedure. This ensures that returns are handled quickly and efficiently, without the need for international shipping.
Due to challenges imposed by new customs regulations after Brexit, we have decided to open a new warehouse and production location in the EU to ensure a better shopping experience for our customers.

Yes, you can pay by using your PayPal account, or by using a credit card without having a PayPal account.
First check you have enough funds in your account. If you card is still declined, try a different card or a different payment method.

A skin is a stylish, overpriced and overhyped wrap, made of the highest-quality vinyl that will protect your device from scratches, dust and light bumps. It also allows you to be (kinda) unique and use your device (almost) as intended by the manufacturer, without the unnecessary bulk added by cases.

On some occasions a skin might be confused with the ‘skin case’ term which is used to describe a very thin phone case.
But no, a skin is not a case.
Depending on the thickness of the skin, you may be able to use a case on top of the skin. Yet, the case might damage the skin.
Yes, all skins are precisely cut to fit your device and give access to buttons, ports and cameras.
Nope. The skin will offer some scratch protection, but if you drop your skin wrapped device from a 6 feet height you might be guaranteed to book a screen replacement.
We have video tutorials for most devices. Each tutorial will show you a step-by-step process on how you can perfectly apply your skin.
We are more than happy to offer you a full refund for unused items that are being returned to us.

You are more than welcome to send the unused skin back for a refund.
We do not offer free returns, and unless the skin was faulty/wrong product, ULTRA Skins will not pay for the return shipping costs. This is entirely the buyer's responsibility.
If you're not happy with the skin you purchased, you can send it back for an exchange.
